What formats of my logo can I use?
Our website accepts jpeg, png and gif files - If you need assistance formating your logo please email your requirements to orders.charitychoice@ccaoccasions.com and we will happily send it back to you ready to use.
How will the recipient know which Charity I have chosen to support?
Under every Ecard we will display the logo of your Chosen Charity with a statement that informs the recipient that you have chosen to support your Charity through your Ecard.
Will the Charity know that we have supported them?
Yes, we will notify the Charity that you have chosen to support and supply your details to them. They will be delighted and will often choose to thank you.
How much is donated to Charity?
10% of the sale is donated to your Charity - We have not received any money from any Charity to belong to our website and all promotional material and support is offered free to all participating Charities.
Will you email my Ecard to me in an email?
No we don't , we will however, email a link to your ecard in an email so that you can then forward this onto your clients, friends or family. Your Ecard lives on our server so that we can ensure that we have the resources available to display your ecard to all your recipients.
What happens if I need to send my Ecard to additional people?
Simply log-in to your account and request a Top-Up. We will only charge you for the additional recipients.
Can I amend my Ecard after it has been purchased?
Yes, you can amend your Ecard at any point and any new recipient who opens the Ecard will then see the latest version. This means you can change the logo or the wording in your Ecard at any point, and the latest version will be the only one that is visible. Log-In to your account to amend your Ecard.
How can I see how many times my Ecard has been opened?
If you log in to your account you will see how many times your Ecard has been viewed, and how many views still remain. Top-Up your account for additional recipients at any time.
What is considered a view?
If a recipient opens your Ecard multiple times on the same computer it will be treated as only a single view. If a recipient chooses to open your Ecard on multiple computers or forwards your Ecard on, the additional views will be counted. We recommend that you purchase 10% over the number of recipients you wish to send your Ecard, to take into account those that may wish to forward your Ecard on to colleagues, family and friends.
How long is my Ecard valid for?
Ecards are valid for a period of 6 (six) months from date of purchase, so please ensure that you utilise all your purchased views within this timeframe.
